Explaining how the system works does sound like a conspiracy, and its establishment was, as a matter of history, but the conspiracists are gone and now it is just what we have. I’m just pointing out the problem is in the primary economic mechanism, money, which Aristotle pointed out plays two roles. 1. An exchange medium for facilitating economic activity (it is just money)

2. An instrument of power capable of dominating the market (the hidden hand)
