I would ad to your to-do list, passing the NEED Act Kucinich introduced in 2011. It would take the Banks and Capital's power to create money away and give it to elected government for public purpose. Wars, being privately motivated for profits and no longer charged to taxpayers, would end and big corporations would shrink. Of course we will have to elect the government that would do all that. It would get the parasite of capitalist debt off the back of free-enterprise.
