Indeed. Ukraine was destroyed so greedy American companies could profit off of the "opportunities" for the rebuilding of it as well as an effort to hurt Russia. Whatever happens it will be centralized because that is what this system does. This war started because people wanted some say in what happens and they were brutally attacked by the coup that took over their government. And the US not only engineered the coup, they funded the attacks. Wars are for bank profits, pay attention to the bigger picture.
