"Inequality is not a distribution problem; it’s a participation problem." Sounds like blaming the victim to me, we have a 'kick them when their down society' making it hard to participate when your being kicked. Main distribution shortfall is the money, a debt-money system will never right itself. We need sovereign monetary reform and parity pricing to get this economy going in the right direction asap. Development can be sustainable if development is getting people back on the land growing fertile soil, creating community and local economies.
