No, this is not hate speech, this is hurt speech, the pain is real and Alex is right, the millennial's pain is real, they’ve had the ever expanding mess dropped into their lap. It is a lashing out. Every generation blames their parents generation becasue of the system we live under makes conditions worse and with each generation the pain is that much greater. That pain correlates with the ever expanding industrial assault on the earth and the lower classes.

The “boomers” are not monolithic in thought, but many, hammered by the indoctrination of the social management system of schools and media, took up the positions they were trained for, doing their jobs within the destructive system some of them once criticized. As Upton Sinclair wrote “…it is difficult to get a man to understand something when his salary depends upon his not understanding it!” However, as always, there are escapees from the doctrinal system, who continue to speak out and challenge the system despite having no access or power, despite being drowned out by the system’s loud speakers.

Boomers who “dropped out” like I did often referred to the “system” but it was never clear on how it worked. That took tenacious study but it is that system that is the problem, that system is money, or more accurately what we use for money, credit/debt. It systematically concentrates wealth, and thus power, leaving poverty, the pain of its wildly profitable wars and a devastated environment on the other end. Money is a vital social power that has been usurped for private gain. We used to say never trust anyone over 30, then we discovered that there were people of every age that were on our side trying to change the system. We are still a tiny minority but I hope the apocalypse, the “lifting of the veil” now underway will change that fast. https://www.monetaryalliance.org/
