Of course they do, any government that does not control the money is controlled by those who do. Whoever controls the money rules the society, that is why it must be removed from those ”special interests” who run this private for-profit money system and make it a public utility. And government issues the money, like so many believe it does, and fulfills its Constitutional duties articulated in the first sentence of the Preamble. Agreed, voting so far has not been organized to win this kind of change.
